Accessibility statement

Holistic Urgent Care OC wants every patient to be able to find care information, book a visit and reach us, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium.

What we have done

• A "Skip to main content" link and a clear heading structure on every page
• Text descriptions for meaningful images
• Menus, dropdowns and question lists that work with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines
• Color contrast chosen to meet AA levels for text
• Tap targets sized for phones and support for reduced-motion settings
• Regular automated and manual accessibility checks

Known limitations

Some content, such as future videos or links to other websites, may not yet be fully accessible. Videos will include captions when they are published. Linked third-party sites have their own accessibility policies.
